Diversity

A diverse team is a wealth of resources. When individuals with different backgrounds, ethnicities, experiences, and perspectives come together, they can do anything.

Stop and look around your practice. How many genders, races, ages, orientations, and backgrounds does your team represent? Does it reflect the tapestry of your community, your clients, your country?


Equity

Without opportunity there is no success. Each of us enters the practice with different skills, strengths, training, and interests. Likewise, each team member will need support in a different shape and size to make the most of opportunities.

How does this look on your team? Does each member of your pack have fair access to opportunities? Are your management systems impartial and just?


Inclusion

To achieve our full potential, we must ensure the full participation of each team member. Diversity is most powerful when we truly value the contribution of each perspective to our work.
